At this stage we typically ask for copies of prior year financial statements, tax returns and access to your previous accounting system (if relevant) and company documents to allow us to ensure we can get your Xero setup structured in the right fashion.
Xero and Expense Management Set-up
We setup Xero accounting software and expense management software tailored to your business. We create your staff dashboard and logins in Xero and Expense management software. We also create chart of accounts. We train your staff how to use the apps.
Update your Accounts
We ensure that prior year financial information has been updated. Our team have experience in preparing data for automated import to ease this task and in some cases we can process many thousands of transactions in quick time to save you money on catching up with your bookkeeping.
Regular Bookkeeping Process
This is the final process when we either provide regular support to your staff or we full manage the bookkeeping function of your company.
